Injury rehab & chronic disease management
Zen Kin is the movement specialist on your team.
Kinesiologists may work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals to rehabilitate injuries and manage chronic conditions, like arthritis, hypertension, osteoporosis, and even mental challenges like depression and anxiety.
Zen Kin is always happy to collaborate with physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, family medicine, and other healthcare professionals to find the best path forward for you.
Athlete Training
Strength is never a weakness.
However you compete, strength is never a weakness. Zen Kinesiology focuses on muscular strength, power, endurance, and sport-specific skills. Athlete coaching is specifically tailored to every individual regardless of age, skill level, or specific needs.
Austen Zentner, owner/operator of Zen Kinesiology, has represented Team Canada twice in the World Junior Championships of Powerlifting, has coached and handled athletes as high as the international stage, and has secured dozens of podium finishes for his team. If strength is the goal, Zen is the pathway.
